The J3 Office Automation Company was formed by James H. Jones Jr. The J3 comes from James' name. Three J's. James, retired from Active Duty in the United States Air Force in November of 2003 after 22.5 years of dedicated and honorable service. He served as the Director of Operations for the Air Force Enlisted Heritage Research Institute where he developed the integrated systems for tracking over 10,000 students per year throughout the 26 Air Force Professional Military Training Schools and maintained the largest web site in the Air Force with over 400K pages, which is still in use today. Developing and maintaining these massive systems gave James the knowledge and the inspiration for beginning the J3 Office Automation Company.

He started this business in order to help small businesses to make a web presents and with automating the day-to-day processes of their businesses. He did this based on the increasing number of request for him to produce data collection systems and web pages for businesses who didn't have large amounts of money to spend on advertising and high-dollar web pages. James, who already had contracts in a couple of states, started advertising and completing more and more projects, which he added to his resume. He has continued to provide simple and affordable products for use in small businesses and governmental agencies. Each product, be it a complete data collection system or just a simple web page, was created specifically for each client and their particular needs in mind. He continues to strive for bigger and better processes through automated forms, spreadsheets, and data collection systems. Web pages built by J3 speak for themselves. We don't charge you an arm and a leg for our products as we want your business and feel that if we produce a product for you, you'll come back wanting more. Each automated product is developed specifically for your business and once finished, you own the software. We offer monthly maintenance contracts where we will continuously update your products and keep you on the cutting edge of the latest technology.
